About Me

I started my own fitness journey in 2012 and fell in love with the transformative power of exercise. So much so, that I decided to turn my passion into a career in 2015.
As a wife, mother, and avid runner, I understand the challenges and rewards of maintaining an active lifestyle. I’ve taken on some pretty audacious challenges myself, including completing a 100-mile cycle race (Race To The Sun) and running the Comrades Marathon multiple times.
Whether you’re a beginner struggling to do a single push-up or an athlete aiming to break your personal best, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to help you improve your fitness, build strength, and feel your best.

HIIT
Who said you have to train for long periods to get that body in shape?
Did you know that 65% of calories are burnt while resting? Simply put, in order to burn more, rest more!
How do you achieve this?
All you need to do is alternate short intense workouts with less intensive recovery periods. This ultimately increases your heart rate so you carry on burning calories long after your work out session!
We combine all your favourite workouts from squats to push ups to burpees; and everything in between.

SUB30 CORE
Sub30 Core™ is the ultimate in core strengthening! Sub30 Core™ is an effective 20 – minute bodyweight workout that targets every aspect of the core; from the abdominals, to the obliques, and the back region.
The perfect class for those looking to strengthen their core as well as help those with back issues and poor posture.

ARMS
This day we focus on everything upper body adding in some core work to give the arms a little rest.
Muscles we will be focusing on are the arms, biceps and triceps. Shoulders, who doesn’t like nice shoulders. Chest and back. On arm day we will mostly use dumbbells and from time to time we will do a resistance band workout to get a good burn going. Increasing your muscle strength, muscle tone, and lean muscle mass.
Including core strengthening exercise as they are the foundational muscles for keeping our posture strong and tall.
It is layers of deep muscles in and around your torso that help move, support, and stabilize your spine, pelvis, butt, back, hips and stomach.

LEG DAY
This is the day that we focus on the lower body. Often focusing on those lazy glutes.
Think quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves.
Classes ranging from body weight exercises, dumbbell and or resistance band workouts. Bodyweight exercises are simple, effective ways to improve balance, flexibility, and strength without gym machines or equipment.
Dumbbells are easy to use, it is effective at building and toning muscles.
A resistance band adds tension or resistance during the workout making it difficult to do movement and engages more muscles. Recruiting the stabilizer muscles which supports our larger muscles and joints.
